Notifications are sent to in-vehicle tablets and firefighters' smartphones. MRF supports both iOS and Android. MRF Notification uses your business rules to recommend the team members based on their experience and skill sets. For example, a shift could include a fire captain, an operator, a senior firefighter, and a junior firefighter. Shift work is also spread among all the firefighters.
Notifications are only sent to firefighters who are available to minimize response time. Notifications are only sent to the required number of firefighters to save budget.
The entire team can see the locations of each vehicle and firefighter on an accurate map.
