MRF Safety Pro is utilized by dispatch and monitoring centers across Canada to enhance safety for Fire, EMS, Enforcement, and Corporate organizations. The system is built on three major components, each offering multiple features, from two-way messaging to data sharing.

MRF Safety Pro major components

1. Portal

Dispatch and monitoring centers use MRF Safety Pro via web-based User Interfaces (UI) leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies. This approach ensures a powerful yet lightweight software experience.

Monitoring Portal Features:

  • Dashboard: Displays icons for each user, filtered by status.
  • Message Panel: Includes an optional auto-assist feature.
  • Multi-Organization Filtering: Enables dashboard filtering by multiple organizations and groups.
  • User Icon Functions: Locate users, dispatch, send messages, update statuses, and access user profile information, including contact details, safety policies, emergency contacts, and notes.
  • Configurable for Each Dispatch Center: Supports custom reporting, searching, event center management, and settings.

Map Features:

  • Web-based Mapping: Tracks users and assets with custom layers and mapped data.
  • Real-Time GPS Tracking: Monitors vehicles, mobile devices, and satellite devices.

2. In-vehicle Modems & Applications

In a fast-moving world, MRF stays ahead by partnering with InHand, a leader in cutting-edge technology, and reselling Teltonika products. This strategic approach allows MRF to deliver the latest innovations in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector. As vehicles evolve and additional sensor data becomes available, MRF Safety Pro is ready to support your growing needs.

Paired with these modems, MRF Safety Pro App runs locally on Windows devices and includes key features such as:

  • Real-Time Location Tracking: Uses current vehicle location data.
  • Enhanced Safety Features: Integrates with the Phone App to combine user and vehicle locations.
  • Instant Messaging: Facilitates communication between dispatch, monitoring centers, and department members.
  • 10-Code & Status Button Panel: Provides quick status updates with acknowledgment.

3. Mobile Clients

MRF Safety Pro extends to mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and satellite units. Dedicated versions cater to emergency service members, lone workers, and corporate staff.

Supported Satellite Devices: Spot, InReach, and Garmin units, each with specific feature sets that could be paired with the Mobile App managed by the monitoring center for the no cellular coverage area usage.
