The Public Ticket Portal provides a secure and user-friendly interface for managing AMPS Tickets. Users can enter their ticket number and certify their identity using either their Plate/VIN for parking-related AMPS tickets or their Surname/Business Name for non- parking matters. Once authenticated, users are presented with a comprehensive ticket dashboard where they can view ticket details, review photo evidence, make payments, request an extension, screening, or a hearing.

The dashboard provides complete visibility into the ticket lifecycle, including status updates, historical actions, correspondence, and appeal decisions. Follow the conclusion of a Screening or Hearing, any outstanding balance can be paid directly through the portal, completing the enforcement process.
